Her career includes ten years in civil aviation, overseeing private jet operations for leading European and U.S. companies, and five years in senior management within a first-class holiday village. With further experience in household and event management across Europe, Senem identified a growing need for a new paradigm in concierge services in New York—one that integrates the precision of hospitality, the intelligence of modern technology, and the strategic oversight of a Chief of Staff.

A light, flexible entry point. With scheduled home resets and check-ins, The Weekender ensures your residence is refreshed and secure. Perfect for those who want to return to a well-prepared home after weekend getaways or short business trips.

Highlights:

  • Onboarding session to curate personalized services
  • Two visits per month (3 hours each) for linen refresh, light household cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, surface tidying, bathroom refresh), and grocery restocking (up to $500 per visit, billed at actual cost)
  • One vendor or delivery coordination per month — scheduling repairs, sourcing trusted vendors (e.g., electricians, handymen), accepting deliveries, or arranging dry cleaning and returns with preferred companies
  • Quarterly home check-in while away — managing mail and deliveries, watering plants, light tidying as needed, and ensuring home security

Tier 3 – The Executive Household

$4,000/month

For households seeking comprehensive oversight with the discretion and professionalism of a Chief of Staff.

The Executive Household tier delivers complete orchestration — from household budgets to private events. It is designed for families who want a single point of accountability and the highest standard of seamless, intelligent living.

  • Onboarding session to curate personalized services
  • Three weekly visits, customized to household needs — for example, coordinating private chefs, overseeing home projects, or managing renovations
  • Weekly vendor and delivery coordination, including contractor oversight — sourcing and managing trusted professionals such as electricians, plumbers, and decorators
  • Annual household operating plan — a tailored roadmap featuring quarterly maintenance schedules and curated home updates such as seasonal décor or art rotations
  • Lifestyle management — two seasonal private shopping, wardrobe care, and home curation services (e.g., refreshing wardrobes or updating home aesthetics)
  • Monthly at-home event planning and discreet hosting support — coordination for intimate dinners, celebrations, or family gatherings
  • Priority access and select after-hours availability for time-sensitive or urgent needs
